Teaming up with MTV’s Elect This campaign, ‘Beyond The Wall’ tells stories of immigration and diversity in America that often go unnoticed or untold. For Indigenous People’s Day the network posted a 10’ x 35’ foot interactive video wall installation in New York’s Herald Square showing testimonies from actors like Diane Guerrero (Orange is the New Black, Jane The Virgin), Arturo Castro (Broad City) and social justice advocates like Daniel Leon-Davis (Former founder and Senior Creative Director at SOZE). These very personal narratives express a mixture of hope, pride, and trepidation on the complex and nuanced topic of immigration - along side a call for comprehensive reform.
