Reach NJ: Vanessa’s Story
In response to the rapidly onset of the opioid epidemic, the New Jersey Department of Health embarked on a herculean effort to increase access to addiction recovery. The biggest challenge was getting the word out. The ReachNJ public service campaign told the stories of countless New Jerseyans affected by the opioid crises in an effort to increase awareness and destigmatize addiction.
The 9 month, multi-award winning, campaign ran in the NYC and Philadelphia media markets, covering North and South Jersey. The campaign produced 23 TV ads, 21 radio ads, 110 online videos, 71 Display ads, 68 Social media ads, 5 billboards, 3 explainer GIFS, and over 400 social media graphics. Most importantly, contacts to the ReachNJ call center increased 2000% over that time..
